JUST THE JOB

Our telephone and operator staff are the first point of contact for anyone wanting to make use of All White Taxis' services. As such they must have excellent customer service skills, an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area, and the confidence and experience to adapt quickly to any situation.
Although we don't currently have any vacancies, we are always interested in hearing from people who would like to work for All White Taxis. We are particularly interested in people who are computer literate and have previous customer service experience, a polite and confident telephone manner, and a strong knowledge of the surrounding area. Multilingual skills would also be a great advantage.
Any CVs submitted will be kept on file for three months and referred to should a position become available.

Our drivers are professional and qualified people who provide a friendly and efficient service to all their customers.
All drivers must be licenced by Sefton M.B.C taxi licencing unit, details of which can be found on our links page.
ALL WHITE TAXIS are constantly raising the standard of customer service and have a rolling programme of further training that all drivers must go through above that required by the Sefton m.b.c.
The majority of our drivers are now qualified to NVQ level 2.
